Finally i finished my marine biologist blog
i type lik siao now finger pain
lemme post bout ytd vb training
as coach havent come
Ms.Lam asked us to do our normal warm-up.
We almost completed all
then when coach came he asked us to redo ><"
bt we mus do the leg movement
we oni did tat once
bt the normal warm-up we did twice
then after tat finish it was nt fun
before we went for our first water break
we had to do 50 v-shape
after tat nid do smthing tat when jump up
the knees mus touch the chest
mus do 50 too
i tink it is called touch-up
after tat went to first water break
then i forgt wat happened
then after the second water break
we played king of the court so fun
played for lik more then 30 min
firstly we normal serve over then continue play wif the winner of the previous round
then a few minutes ltr
coach ask us to change style
he ask us to either backhook or backspike over
then continue
then a few minutes ltr
he ask us to change style agn
he ask us to throw over
then a few minutes ltr
he ask us to change style agn
tis time is set over then continue
i oni enjoyed the last part and the part before the first water break of the training
