Juz came bac from scool
NAPFA juz finish
WED still hav 1.6 km run
I so excited about it
I gt the results for my 5 items as shown below
SIT-UP:36 -->A
STANDING BROAD JUMP:160CM -->C
SIT AND REACH:38CM -->A
INCLINE PULL-UP:25 -->A
SHUTTLE RUN:11.63SEC-->B
I slipped and fell at the shuttle run
both try oso fall
bt nvm at least I can still get gold :D
I so happy:)
as long as I dun get anything lower than C
and the points added up altogether is more than 21
I will get gold
So I am counting on the 1.6 km run
